The service also provides access to a wide range of support and information and support and advice to carers.
Each well-connected session delivers a programme of entertainment, social activities, reminiscence and guest speakers from a range of health and social care staff.
Engaging Communities is supported by a team of invaluable volunteers who really enhance the quality of its services and activities.
