There are 3 meeting/training rooms and an on-site cafe. Rooms are available for meetings, training or conferences and hire is by the day or half-day. Inspire and the environment
Inspire Business Park incorporates many sustainable building features including:

TIMBER CLADDING
The externals walls have an unfinished cedar cladding which ages naturally and does not require painting or varnishing. Carbon, trapped in the timber, makes up 50% of its weight.

RAINWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM
All rainwater that falls on the roof is collected and stored in tanks to supply all toilets and forms part of the rainwater management scheme.

STRAW BALES
When built, Inspire was the largest straw bale development in Europe. The super-insulated system, combined with airtight details, creates a building with thermal performance up to 3 times higher than current building regulations, saving money and CO2 emissions.

GROUND SOURCE HEAT PUMP
The underfloor heating system is powered by a ground source heat pump which utilises the heat in the soil to maintain temperature. Heat pumps use a small amount of electricity to move available energy as heat from A to B. Relating the energy purchased to the energy delivered, heat pumps can be 300 – 400% more efficient.

PHOTOVOLTAIC CELLS
Approximately 50% of the electricity requirement of Inspire is generated from photovoltaic cells which use the sun to generate renewable energy.

ON-DEMAND TANKLESS WATER HEATERS
Instead of storing and heating water in a tank; it is circulated through a series of burners or electric coils that heat it as it passes through, delivering hot water on demand.

Tenants, visitors and staff not only benefit from superb facilities at Inspire, they can also be confident that buildings have a minimal impact on the environment.

Inspire Business Park benefits from an out-of-town location to the East of Bradford city centre in the Eccleshill area. This gives fast access to Bradford and Leeds city centres, and also the M62 and M1. Leeds Bradford International Airport is less than 5 miles away and Apperley Bridge railway station is literally 2 minutes from Inspire.
